"What you cannot hear, Blue Cat's FreqAnalyst shows it to you, for free!" - Blue Cat's FreqAnalyst is a free spectrum analyzer plugin that lets you monitor the spectral content of your audio signal in real time. It has been designed to provide extreme smoothness and high resolution for both time and frequency: unlike most spectrum analyzers, Blue Cat's FreqAnalyst is able to display continuous variations even with a very high frequency resolution, thanks to its unique smooth interpolation algorithms. Most aspects of the audio to frequency display conversion can be managed, which lets you total control over the monitoring. A special thresholding system has been developed to help you see the important parts of the spectrum easily. In case you need extra precision in a particular frequency range, you can zoom the display and check the part of the graph you are interested in. As shown in the screenshots, you can use the new opacity management feature to make the plug-in window transparent and see what is behind: forget about your multiple display setup, you do not need it anymore! You can now check the spectrum of your mix and see your audio tracks behind. This feature is also particularly useful when you want to compare the spectrum of two tracks: just stack your two FreqAnalyst windows and see the difference! This plug-in supports Blue Cat's skinning language, so that you can customize the user interface to your personal needs. For more advanced capabilities, check Blue Cat's FreqAnalyst Pro plugin, an extended version that offers many more features, such as saving/restoring curves, precise measurement tools, spectrogram view, MIDI output, better performance... Blue Cat's Flanger effect is very versatile: it may sound very harsh and metallic or on the contrary very soft. You can obtain a wide range of sounds with this plug-in. The included factory presets will make you explore the capabilities of this effect. Very famous during the 70's and 80's, this effect can be used on almost any audio track: from drums to voices or guitars, from a subtle effect to a deep alien-like voice effect, enjoy it! This effect is a mono effect: it will alter the sound the same way on the left and right channels of your audio signal. DiskSizes 1.0 shows status information about your computer's drives. This information includes cluster size, free space and total size. Files are stored in an integral number of clusters (or allocation units). This information may be useful when you are storing a large number of small files. Also measures a folder's disk use and displays the number of folders, number of files and sum of the file sizes. This total disk use may be relative to the cluster size on any of your computer's drives. This information may be useful when you are copying or moving a folder. DiskSizes is freeware, requires Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 with I.E. 3.0 or higher, and does not contain any adware or spyware.
