OLfax allows each individual Outlook user (PC), or any email Client in an Outlook network to send and receive faxes. If more than one telephone line is available for fax, different users can connect to different fax lines. An integrated POP3/SMTP server allows usage of OLfax without having a separate mail proxy. If a mail proxy or Exchange Server already exists, OLfax can be configured to be a client of that mail proxy. OLfax integrates easy into existing networks; it is using the standard protocols POP3 and SMPT for exchanging emails with mail clients. Microsoft Outlook 97 to 2007 network solutions without or in connection with an Exchange Server. OLfolders allows the access and sharing of all Outlook data such as contacts, calendars, tasks, emails stored on a different computer from each workstation simultaneously in a given network, a central enterprise wide access to an Outlook structure is possible. The server application OLfoldersServer is installed on at least one computer in a new or given Outlook network, allowing other clients to connect to the data remotely.
